Lee began his career with a longstanding mortgage company in Ohio, and moved into the national settlement arena where he has played a major role in the creation of new services and products. Lee has worked for both independent national agents and national underwriters, employing creative workflow and process management.

Judy has been in the Mortgage and Title business for the past 18 years, working for a Midwest Financial Institution. Her experience includes 10 years working in the underwriting side of the mortgage banking industry. The past 8 years she has been working in the title business, in which she held a position as Assistant Vice President of the policy production area. She joined LenderLive Settlement Services in May 2008.

Matt started in the industry pulling documents at a local title plant and running farm reports, and has a combined 7 years in the industry. Matt has held positions from escrow processor, escrow closer, and escrow manager, spending the last four years specializing in national escrow and title.
